1. Purpose

Photos and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly depending on production batches (size, color, finish).

3. Prices

• Prices are indicated in € (euros), including all taxes, excluding shipping costs.

• The store reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

• Products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

• The customer confirms their order by following the online purchasing process.

• Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these Terms and Conditions.

• The store reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute.

5. Payment

Payment is made online using the payment methods available on the store, such as:

The order is confirmed once full payment has been received.

6. Delivery

• Deliveries are made across Europe through our logistics partners.

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method and are provided for informational purposes only.

• The store cannot be held responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier.

7. Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal (excluding personalized products).

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the store made an error.

• Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after the returned item is received.

8. Personalized Products

Personalized items (e.g., decorated boxes or custom creations) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven defect.

9. Liability

The store cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.

In case of a problem, liability is limited to the refund of the purchased product.

10. Data Protection

Personal information collected is used only for order processing and communication with the customer.

It will never be shared with third parties without prior consent.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
